The Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce sponsors 4 scholarships every year in support of a student who shows an exceptional Community spirit and involvement. Applications are presented to the Scholarship Committee and selected based on specific criteria.
As a Chamber Member you will receive a free listing in our yearly “Shop Local. Enjoy Local.” business directory. These handy shopping and services guides are given to all Chamber members at your request, and also placed strategically in high traffic locations in our Town.
Get your business off to a great start in Mt. Pleasant! The Chamber can arrange a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to introduce you to our Town.
An ongoing program to encourage Mt. Pleasant Restaurants and Merchants to donate a percentage of their sales to help the needy in our community. Coordinated by the Mt. Pleasant Chamber of Commerce, with most donations going to help the Mt. Pleasant Food Bank at the Thornwood Knights of Columbus, which dispenses food for those in need in our community.
Meet other businesses owners from Town and the surrounding areas by attending Chamber Networking Events and Lunch & Learn sessions. Get notified of other area networking that can help improve exposure for your business.
Two wreaths are presented on behalf of the businesses of the Chamber to observe Memorial Day services in Mt. Pleasant every year.
